Youth Summit

DiverseMedicine Inc. partners with Black Men In White Coats to host the annual Dallas, Texas Black Men In White Coats Youth Summit. This event is geared toward middle and high school students, parents, educators, clinicians, and community leaders. These conferences are free and open to the public. They are designed to provide in-person exposure to healthcare and healthcare professionals as well as serve as a “think tank” where influencers within the city provide actionable solutions to addressing the low representation of black men in medicine. We also have sessions for parents that will provide useful information pertaining to their children’s journeys into medical careers.
